Piva Weather mod for ATS

Mod contain all my own skybox textures.
Weather colors moderate.
No blur, no bloom.
Removed DOF filter size.
Dark nights.

Also package contain rain effects mod, if you want change rain blobs on glass,
and european days mod. It makes day a bit longer and nights bit shorter.
Because I don’t live in US, fast and early night depressing me, so I make this mod.

Wrong mod, my earlier comment was for your other mod “Default Weather Update for ATS”. I thought I had installed this one. My mistake.
