Parking Brake and Air Brake Sounds

Airbrake.scs:
Replaces Wiper Sounds (Highly improved)
Replaces backup beeper (Also highly improved)
Replaces the air release sounds for the brake pedal

Parkingbrakevalve.scs:
Replaces the yellow parking brake sound, both set and release. This is the highlight of this mod.

Install:
Extract and place either .scs files into the ATS mod folder under documents.
