With mod installed all “stock” w9’s are missing their grilles. It shows up in AI traffic as well. Nice mod otherwise.
There are a few other W900 mods, perhaps try another one? If you want different trucks in traffic, try Jazzycat’s Truck Traffic Pack.

Pretty sure I’ve seen some W900s driving around with that mod installed.
