This mod is junk. The majority of accessory names are in Spanish or are badly misspelled in English. This mod was NOT updated for 1.43.x as there are a lot of warnings in the game.log that point towards obsolete attributes in a lot of different files and “found file version 3 when expecting file version 4” for a lot of the .pma files.
Simply put, whoever uploaded this mod didn’t do a damn thing with making it fully 1.43.x compatible.
The truck does show up in the dealerships with no problems, and no “invalid mod brand” error, so anyone complaining about that must be doing something wrong on their end.

Final note: a lot of the textures are missing, so there are a lot of red blocks where items should be. Plus, the interior looks god awful. It looks like it was made with Microsoft Paint by a 4-year-old. And, to think that the original modder of this actually charged people for it?
Once again, whoever uploaded this was an idiot for thinking this was worthy of being shared with others. It’s really not worth anyone’s time to download this. It’s an absolute train wreck.
