Special Transport DLC Pilot Car Fix

Descriptions:
Presenting another small mod adding to realism of ATS. This small mod replaces police cars from the front of the Special Transport events with a proper pilot car (like it should be in real life). The police cars won’t spawn as pilot cars anymore.
NB: You must have Special Transport DLC enabled for this mod to work!
