US Car Culture v1.1

Support 3 new states: North Dakota, South Dakota and Missouri
Updated Data Source – The mod now uses Q2/2024 data, leading to adjusted spawn rates:
SUV spawn rate increased by 35% in all states except Colorado.
Passenger car spawn rate increased by 35% in all states except California and Washington.
Pickup truck spawn rate increased by 20% in all states except Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Ford’s vehicles spawn rate decreased by 10% overall, exclude Ford F-Series.
Toyota’s vehicles spawn rate increased by 10% overall.
Vehicle Classification Overhaul: All vehicles are now categorized into standard models and luxury/executive models. Luxury and executive vehicles will appear more frequently in wealthier states, while more affordable models will be prevalent elsewhere.
Model Year Influence: Older car models (pre-2010s) will now be rarer compared to modern vehicles.
Added Discontinued Models: Vehicles that have been officially discontinued will now have a lower spawn rate.
Added Van Vehicles with three common body types: Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Minivans and RVs.
The overall spawn rate for vans remains low to reflect their market share.
LCVs will also have a fixed spawn rate across all states to reflect their widespread commercial use.
