Changes v1.1
Update for 1.35

With this mod there will be no more empty chairs and benches in the game.
Will be occupied by animated SCS characters.
The frequency of pedestrians is 0.3 and will not appear at night!
Must work on most cards!

Note: With the new pedestrian system in patch 1.35. It is impossible to force pedestrians to react to rain, so when it rains, pedestrians will continue to sit, stand or move.
