Container Pack v13

– Added 29 new skins for the new 20ft Tank containers
– Added a new skin for the 40ft HC: Maersk (blue livery)
– Added a new cargo: Tank Container (Foodstuff) and renamed the old one to Tank Container (ADR). (ADR and Foodstuff tanks are now separated)
– Food tanks added to some SCS cargos (Raw milk, buttermilk, fruit juice, milk)
– ADR Tanks properly added to more SCS cargos (Pesticide, Petrol, Sulfuric acid)
– Reworked the company folder for more balanced and “real” jobs (Flatracks, and other special contis are now more rare), removed companies that were buggy or made no sense
