Place above the main mod
Can significantly reduce vehicle traffic density if you place it above traffic density mods
if you want to use this with high traffic density, put this addon below mods for traffic density, but the addon should stay above the main mod at all times.
Update changes: changed sound links for new sound bank v3.7
