Crashes game to desktop.
Works fine for me, with a few other traffics mods as well. Try putting it at the top of the load order, see if that helps.
As a note, I’ve been arranging my order like this (although some mods won’t work with the latest version, I’ve noticed):

Misc (Billboards, etc)
